Notice is hereby given of the Annual Meeting of the Fowler Equity Exchange, Fowler, Kansas to be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at the Shelter House in Fowler Park. The business information meeting will begin at 1:00 PM and refreshments will be served.
The regular order of business will be followed, including the presentation of annual financial statements, election of two directors and any other business that may properly be brought before the meeting.
The terms of directors Bryce McClaren and Dan Mahieu are expiring this year. Dan Mahieu has agreed to stand for re-election. Other nominations can be submitted to the nominating committee of Bryce McClaren and Van Heinz. Nominations will also be accepted from the floor.
Patronage checks will be available for distribution immediately following the meeting.
We know this is a busy time of year. If you are unable to attend the meeting, we would encourage you to complete the proxy assignment form to appoint one of your board members to serve as your delegate. By allowing your director to vote on your behalf, we can satisfy all requirements of our bylaws and continue to conduct business even if a quorum cannot physically be present.
